Blueview Productions Media Solutions is a dynamic full-service production company based in the Greater Boston area. The company offers a variety of multi-media services to a wide array of businesses and non-profit brands and specializes in creating award-winning lifestyle television shows. BlueView was founded by the veteran broadcast team of Producer/Director Gene “Cap” Allen and Producer/Host Parker Kelley. Together with their skilled team of writers, producers, videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and more, they can tackle projects in a range of genres in any size, scope, or budget. Their goal is to always meet their deadlines and exceed expectations every time. Good listening, plus experience and talent, equals a product that is second to none.

Gene (CAP) Allen
Captain of his life. Director with a capital D. 25 plus years Producing/Directing. BFA/MFA Alfred University. Potter. Studied with Michael Roemer at Yale. Born in India. Rode his bike 10 thousand miles around the US. Plays every instrument known to man. Flips houses for fun. Climbed all 46 Adirondak mountains. Will eventually live on a boat.

Published poet. House-flipper. Artist. Empath. Actor in comedy theater. Mother of sons. Loves to laugh. Once voted friendliest. Obsessed with jazz.

Dave Dauer
Dave worked at Offshore, Chesapeake Bay and Northeast Boating Magazines, BoatingLocal, Lighthouse Media Solutions, New England Boating, New England Fishing, Blueview Productions, and Blueview Media Solutions. His special skills are graphic design, as well as fine art painting and drawing. Hobbies include swimming, walking, running and body pump. He enjoys boating and fishing in Plymouth, on the South Coast and traveling. Dave lives in Plymouth, MA with his wife Deborah. He has two grown children Ben and Rebecca, and grandchildren, Eli and Aiden.

Brian Norcross
Brian has worked for BoatingLocal, New England Boating, New England Fishing, Blueview Productions, and Blueview Media Solutions. His special talents are making the impossible…possible! Hobbies include boating, fishing, and sitting quietly in a tree stand watching the wildlife walk by. Brian enjoys boating on the Aroostook & St. John Rivers, and fishing in every great, little, tucked away spot he can find. He lives in the North Woods of Maine and has been married for 30 years, has two kids, and one smart as hell grandkid, and the usual dog and cats.

Tom Richardson
Massachusetts native Tom Richardson acquired a passion for the outdoors at an early age through family camping, hiking, and fishing adventures. As an outdoor writer, editor, photographer, and videographer, he has worked at and contributed to various publications, including Salt Water Sportsman, Offshore, Field & Stream, Sport Fishing, and Gray’s Sporting Journal. In 2009, he helped launch the regional boating-lifestyle brand, BoatingLocal.com, followed by the New England Boating and New England Fishing brands. He also served as co-host of the New England Boating TV show, and as the host and writer of the New England Fishing TV show.

Dan Mathers
Dan has been involved in the New England boating scene as a writer and editor for more than 20 years. He worked as an associate editor for Offshore Magazine before leaving to freelance when his two children were born. His freelance work has appeared in Backpacker, Adirondack Life, Cape Cod Life, South Shore Living, and many other publications. He also contributed freelance marketing content to such companies as Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, Crownline, and others. He was a contributor to BoatingLocal.com and later New England Boating. Dan loves exploring the New England outdoors. He enjoys paddling, camping, hiking, and running ultramarathons. He lives in Stoughton, MA with his wife and two children.

Kendra Sousa
Kendra started at Offshore Magazine and has been involved with Chesapeake Bay and Northeast Boating Magazines, Allen Roche Marine, Lighthouse Media Solutions, New England Boating and New England Fishing as well as Explore New England and Visit New England. She enjoys relaxing on the beach, snowboarding, watching her kids’ sports games/meets and walking her dog. She lives in Weymouth, MA with her husband, two teenagers and her crazy, fun-loving golden retriever, Cassie.

Jimmy Baggot
Jimmy has worked for Allen Roche Marine, New England Boating, New England Fishing, Explore New England, Visit New England, Blueview Productions, Blueview Media Solutions, Home, Life & Style, Heart of Oak, and Veterans Playbook Television. His special skill is chin balancing, and his hobbies include hanging with the kiddos, golf when its warm, and ski when it’s cold. Jimmy likes boating and fishing in Boston “Hahbah”. He lives in West Chester, PA with his wife Mary and two girls Ava (2) and Quinn (1), and larger than wolf sized dog, Kye. (Good boy)
